ABOUT ME
I see connections between business, people, and solutions.
For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of business and development. I help organizations understand what truly needs to change and then design solutions that lead from knowledge to action and from action to results.

MY JOURNEY
I did not start
with training.
I started out in business – in sales, talking to clients and looking for solutions that would deliver tangible results. I experienced sales at its most practical: rejection, trying again, getting past reception, finding the decision-maker and, finally, earning a seat at the table with the client.
Over time, my perspective and responsibilities changed. I moved from my own sales targets to managing a business – its results, budget, processes, and people. I was responsible not only for sales, but also for decisions concerning finance, marketing, recruitment, and more. KPIs stopped being numbers in a report and became the result of decisions made every day.
I also found myself on the other side of the table – assessing proposed solutions and asking myself: will this really solve our problem, or does it simply sound good?
A PERSPECTIVE THAT STILL GUIDES ME
Development makes sense when it responds to a real business challenge.
That’s why, before I design a program, workshop, or learning material, I want to understand the situation, the goal, and how the solution is meant to work in practice.
FROM BUSINESS TO LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
The idea emerged in a conversation with a client.
The decision came later.
A project and one question
At the time, I was a Key Account Manager, working on a consulting project for one of my clients. Training was one element of the solution we were discussing. At one point, I heard the question: “Since you know this project and understand what we want to achieve, why don’t you lead these training sessions yourself?”
An honest answer
My first response? “I don’t yet know how to do it well.” Knowing the business, the project, and its goals is one thing. Knowing how to help others learn is something entirely different.
The question that stayed with me
That question stayed with me. I began to think more seriously about using what I had learned over the years in a completely new way. I made a decision: I wanted to enter the world of training while drawing on my business knowledge and practical experience.
Solid preparation
I didn’t want to learn a new profession by trial and error in the training room. So, alongside my work, I completed a professional Business Trainer program.
Practice changed my perspective.
Over time, I delivered more and more training sessions and workshops. What happens around the training matters just as much: what happens before it, between development activities, and after participants return to their daily work — as well as the processes and working environment around them.
This is where I began to move from delivering training to designing development.
MY ROLES
Trainer
I deliver training and workshops that develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes people need to put what they learn into practice.
Program designer
I combine different learning formats, workplace tasks, and support from the organization into one coherent learning journey.
L&D consultant
I begin every project by understanding the challenge and designing a solution aligned with the goals, processes, and the reality of people’s everyday work.
MY APPROACH
I do not begin with the question:
“What kind of training do we need?”
I begin with the question:
“What do we want to change?”
HOW I WORK
Four principles of my work.
I understand first
Before I propose a solution, I take time to understand the context, goals, processes, and the perspectives of the people affected by the change.
I connect perspectives
I look at the challenge from different perspectives: the business, the client, the participant, the manager, and the organization as a whole.
I design for practice
I design solutions for real working conditions — solutions that can be put into practice and measured by their results.
I simplify complexity
I turn complex challenges into clear processes, practical actions, and defined responsibilities.
EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
One solution.
Different perspectives.
My education in economics helps me understand business goals and how organizations work. My training background and expertise in Instructional Design give me the tools to design development around how people learn, work, and change the way they do things. Years of practical experience allow me to bring these perspectives together and design solutions tailored to the organization and the people who will use them in practice.
